Mate it’s just anti money laundering/ CTF legislation which the banks are legally required to follow. If you just provide the documents they require, then they will unlock your account and then you can start using it again.

had my Macquarie bank account blocked a few weeks back, had to answer a list of questions as to what I was spending my own money on. Government regulations I was told so it's not the banks is our government exercising control over the voting public
