Pyaz kachchi nahin lagegi? Why not add garlic / ginger/ green chilli paste in the oil , then add onion and when that is done , add tomato ( blanched or puréed if one doesn’t like the skin, even though the skin becomes soft) and then all spices.

We make this - tomato roti pachadi (we don’t mash with hands or blender, traditionally we mash them with stone pestle, in stone mortar attached to the ground. We eat with breakfast as side chutney or we eat this with ghee and rice. #andhrafood is yum 🤤🥲 I miss home nowwwww
