my fluid was coal black ⚫️in my f250 and it shifted hard I changed the fluid and Filter and it shifts good now Filter was Clogged 😁

I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler and was told by my mechanic that if the transmission fluid wasn't changed before 100,000 miles that it was better to not change it at all after that. is that true too?

i dont agree my 2006 buick rendezvous 3.6 awd had 140k on it and was not shifting out of 1st randomly. instead of a flush from the bottom where all the gunk drops into the screen pull fluid out of the dipstick 3 or 4 quarts at a time drive it for some miles do it again. it took 3 times for me and now it never fails and i have 204k on it

i have a 2017 fusion just bought it has the 6 speed medium duty trans it shutters like three quick times sometime going into third would you flush it

I got my deceased parents 2016 Nissan rogue (CVT) and I can’t find any records showing if and when they replaced the transmission fluid. It’s got around 110,000 miles on it and shifts good. Should I go ahead and change the transmission fluid?

you know I'm 65 years old and I'm still working on cars. I've been working on cars since I was 10 years old. my father had a shop and this and that I've taken cars to come in. it won't even f****** move. pull the pan, put a filter in it, flush it out and the f****** thing drives fine. now if you got an old lady that lives in a town or a guy that's low budget ain't got a lot of money. why not give him a fair shot to fix the f****** thing? no right away. you're going to throw your hand. say f*** it. you're done going to teach 5,000 to do it so he junks the car now you can give him the ultimatum I can get it to work and I'm telling you if you gave it a fair chance you could probably get that transmission to shift again and I know I'll bet my a****** on it. that and one time your life you brought a car in the tranny was s*** and you put a filter in it and you drove it and it was fine. it may not run but I'm telling you 85% of the time I've done it and the f****** thing was fine for months years. okay, a lot of times it won't run cuz the goddamn filters f****** plugged you pull the filter especially in the winter time. so just throw in your hands up. if it's a little dirty and say f*** it, you need a tranny. you're just a lazy f****** mechanic. that's what it's all about being a mechanic. trying to take something that's f***** up and fix it. respectfully. but it's still f****** works so it's functional not just show your hands. your parts changes you pack your puffers f*** off. you're about helping people get back on their feet, not say f*** it and give it up because it may not work. you give them the ultimate of but I'm telling you you c********** 90% of the time your little fixable f****** work but you're too f****** lazy cuz you're not going to make the big boy money you see rather f*** them and send them down the road. so suck my balls you c********** you guys are convers parts changers it's all about the money. it's not about the fixing the f****** thing.
