but its clear now that thr major beneficiaries of the removal are the elite politicians, governors, the NASS. It is used to buy political allies to win 2027 elections. it won't be bad if the govt is financing budgets, there are lots of 2024 and 2025 capital budgets that had been executed, jobs done and govt refused to pay them.
