This ladies and gentlemen, is why you need to power it up for 15 minutes under load, power it down then remove it while that thermal pad/paste is warm and hasn't fully solidified.

поэтому надо сначала прогреть её. смысле в комп вставить и включить что-нибудь рабочее. Например какой-нибудь тест видеокарт. Чип нагреется и легче будет термопасту отодрать.
