what a rude staff. closing up does not mean closed. your doors were not lock therefore you are not closed. if a person comes in 2 minutes before closing you still have to do your job. an extra 30 minutes isn't going to hurt anyone.

As a warehouse worker, there's nothing more annoying than when you schedule an appointment for a driver and now because they're late you're forced to be at work longer. Happens all the time, you're probably not the first to do that today hence why she's so annoyed and I don't blame her
