We have four people on our plan. My phone was the only one that didn't work. Here's where it gets even weirder it didn't work during the day but was fine at night and first thing in the morning but during my normal working hours or like being out of the house hours so to like about 7:00 at night it wouldn't work. Me and my husband both have Androids both of our kids have iPhones. Me and hubby have the same exact phone
