Birdnapping is never a good idea. When it all possible put a baby back in the nest or in a safe place where parents can reclaim and raise. I went to Peggy Heuser’s house to assess a fledgling kestrel who just needed a few minutes to regain his/her bearings after he/she smacked into a glass window on one of his/her initial flights :-) And thank heavens for Tiffany at Raptor Rehab who answered the phone, watched the videos, and reassured the family he did not need rehab;) please ask the pros before you kidnap wildlife. Precious few resources are all overloaded and most of the time they don’t need your help. @BirdsOnTheRun502
