What alot of people don't know about 2009 is that due to Brawn GP's extreme lack of funds, They prioritised Button to give him the fastest car possible like all the best parts. Whilst Barrichello was left with different parts to Button which were cheaper but consequently were worse which sacrificed alot of performance. Source - Ross Brawn and Rubens Barrichello in multiple interviews. Not to mention all winter break he was stressing if he'd still be in F1, Barely got any pre season testing to as he was signed in Late February. Rubens Barrichello's 2009 was amazing, consistent, fast and he had awful luck in most races. Every little thing was just going wrong for him. In my eyes Rubinho was the true champion of 2009 and the best driver that year too. Such an Underrated Season. ❤️🔥🇧🇷

HM: Rosberg, he demolished the H2H against Nakajima, scoring ALL of Williams's 34.5 points, fetching points in every race from Spain to Spa, and beating him 14-3 in quali and 12-2 in race results

If Massa Not injured easily being best driver on the year doing absolutely great performance with Ferrari after Bahrain. Spain lost P4 for because have fuel issues finished race in p6, Monaco P4 Turkey P6, Silverstone P11-P4, Nürburgring scored first podium. Also in Bahrein P16 in standings after doing this few great races performance p5 in standing with midfield car 💀💀💀.
