I see a lot of people talking about how he’d destroy the dragons or learn to use them like Drago or grimmel but imagine how much scarier it would be if he actually befriended the dragons and convinced them that humans were their enemies and used them to wipe out his own kind while actually caring about the dragons way more then any kind of humanity

you know what i think? he wouldn't need to kill toothless to become a compelling villain. he didn't need to become like Grimmel because he could have the potential to team a night fury, but his village wouldn't accept him no matter what he did even facing the red death. He could love dragons so much that hes willing to harm his own kind.
