I had a salon fuck up my hair so bad I was away in college and couldn’t get back to my regular hair stylist before graduation so she usually gets me to be a bright blonde takes her about 3-4 hours I have long thick hair. This place finished me in an hour when I addressed some concerns she told me idk what I’m talking about and not to worry so I thought that the blow dry and style was free (apart of the service) she goes no it’s $100 extra for both so now I know why. I left wet I got home my hair was all different lengths it was green and orange with banding all around she didn’t tone me or do anything so I went back demanded them to fix it and she still never toned me so the second time was even worse and she was like for the inconvenience I’ll blow out this small section to show you and so she picked the one only good tiny spot then I went to speak to the owner and he was so unprofessional and shit talking me and saying I was verbally bullying his staff 😭

The salon i go to charges me an extra £35 for a blow dry on top of the price of the full head highlights and cut. Then the 'blow dry' is just holding the hairdryer over my hair until it dries. No styling or anything
