I'm really confused where you got those measurements. the cape is a little wider than Batman's armspan, so we can call it ~2 meters, not 4.7, and the length goes from his neck to his ankles, so we've got at least 1.5, not 0.95. that winds up with a smaller area than your calculations, but given the obvious discrepancy, I'm starting to think you're just making stuff up.
