Frauditors need to understand that a no recording policy can be constitutional and enforced. They love to quote Fordyce vs Seattle, that is a 9th circut ruling that covers filming police officers in public. Inside of a building, government can invoke time,place, and manner restrictions on 1st Ammendment activities as long as the restrictions pass the three prong test set forth by the US Supreme Court. But they wouldn't know anything about those rulings because there are no sentences in them that they can cherry pick and post out of context.
