Just build dams on the perennial rivers Molo, Perkerra, and Ol Arabel that drains into lake baringo and have water levels controlled. get hydopwer from the dams and irrigation water.

Those people concerned about the lakes mixing... remember one lake is salty because it lacks an outlet so if they mix they are going to have a common outlet...hence it won't be salty anymore.

The 2 lakes used to be a single one, climate change caused the lakes to shrink n separate, making each lake create its own habitat and environment, what basically is happening, the lakes are reclaiming their former basin n floodplains
