The problem is it’s how people have been conditioned to stay in this energy , in different cultures they celebrate life when somebody passes because life is internal you just get rid of the vessel that has carried the physical body , I truly understand that you want to hold your person feel that person but you can feel that person if you allow their spirit to come close to you in fact the love you feel is so intense it’s wonderful. But when your in lack energy, it’s very hard to feel anything , go through your natural grieving process then hopefully you will have a light bulb moment and say to yourself, they’re still here. Send love & hugs to anyone that needs it . Thank you for posting this it’s so important people to learn this so they can settle themselves.
