@sacredchad: On July 6, 2024, Joel Sia shared this story on Facebook. His son Jonathan was 23 years old, a devoted Christian who grew up in a Christian home in the Philippines. He was a week away from graduating Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration when he was admitted to the hospital with a kidney disorder. Even in the hospital he kept talking about his faith with the doctors and nurses around him. His condition worsened. He was intubated and could no longer speak. In his final moments he signaled to his father as if he was seeing someone. His father handed him a pen and paper. He was too weak to hold it properly. But he wrote “Jesus is real.” His father said it amazed him because the words were so clearly readable given his son’s condition. Seconds later he flatlined. The nurses called code blue. His mother said she saw a bright light and a hand lifting him up. He passed away with a smile on his face. He was 23 years old. Rest in peace, Jonathan. #jesus #christianity #story #news

I died in 2015, got put on life support. My soul went to another place. I stood in his presence. The peace and love was overwhelming. Jesus is real! No one will ever make me believe he's not.
