It’s so confusing. I use Sweet n Low but have heard it’s not the healthiest. I Will have to try Stevia again. What do you think of Monk fruit? No weird aftertaste

I bought a stevia plant, dry the leaves and grind them in a coffee grinder. Need to get used to it, jury is out. Love my stevia though, it's the only thing that helps me cut sugar.

I only use stevia extract. and I love stevia but don't use it to sweeten. I use it just to the point of loosing the bitterness like in drinks. by the times it's sweet you get the aftertaste
