this story shows how we don't have structures outside friends and family on how to cope with grief, loss, pain....Chioma is overwhelmed possibly has Post Partum Depression (not an excuse for how she's treated the children and Joseph), Joseph is lost in addiction, loss, grief, feeling lost, he is easily taken advantage of...the kids, poor things, if not for their aunty....who would have held space for them? the community would rather whisper and pass judgment 🥺
