Anna Paul’s Turkish Pasta Recipe ✨ Recipe inspired by @Anna Paul mom, made with savory ground beef, tangy garlic yogurt, and a flavorful paprika butter! This was such a delicious pasta! Ingredients: For the pasta & ground beef: • 12 oz pasta (any shape you prefer) • 1 lb ground beef (or lamb) • 1 medium onion, diced • 2 tsp tomato paste • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 2 tsp paprika • 1 ½ tsp onion powder • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder • 1/4 tsp curry powder • Avocado oil spray (for greasing the skillet) For the garlic yogurt sauce: • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt • 3-4 garlic cloves, pressed • ½ tsp salt, more to taste For the paprika butter: • ½ stick butter (4 tbsp) • 1 ½ tsp paprika Toppings & Garnishes: • Feta cheese (to taste) • Fresh mint & parsley, chopped • Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional) Instructions: 1. Cook the pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Prepare the garlic yogurt sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Set aside. 3. Cook the ground beef: Lightly spray a skillet with avocado oil. Add the ground beef (or lamb) to the skillet, breaking it apart into pieces as it cooks. Immediately season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder, curry powder, mixing everything together. Add the diced onion and cook until it softens, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and minced garlic, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Allow everything to cook together for a total of 10-12 minutes until the beef is browned and a bit crispy. 4. Make the paprika butter: In a small pan, melt butter and stir in paprika. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. 5. Assemble the dish: In a bowl, layer the cooked pasta, garlic yogurt sauce, ground beef mixture, feta cheese, fresh herbs, and halved cherry tomatoes (optional).
