I do like ai but I often ask ai to guide me through the steps so I can still learn on how to do things

Yes!!! I even went as far as asking it to create professional workbooks that feel intentional and executive ready. Color coordinated tabs grouped by function and it includes a clear title of purpose logical tab organizations. I have a huge amount of prompts and standards that I added as well for Excel and power BI and any reports that I have to build. I have gotten so many compliments on my Excel sheets and workbooks. Yes I 1000% agree have Copilot do as much for you as you can. It makes the day so much easier to just copy something for the prompt and toss it in and let it do.

While I don’t love copilot as much cause I taught myself some pretty good prompts in ChatGPT the past few years. But copilot is what my company uses so I’m using it more often and it’s growing on me. I will definitely be using this prompt at work. Thank you for sharing!

Omg you literally just saved my life 😂. My Firm uses copilot and power BI and I was so lost. I was use to Monday as I can’t figure out excel. This prompt just turned my drawn out word table into a quick and easy case spreadsheet to track all my case progression in one place. ❤️🙏🏽🙌🏽

I use Copilot to upload excel spreadsheets with data to drill down for specific information in columns our system can't. We have dash boards, etc already but I can see it being a great tool for small companies. I tried the prompts you gave and it works of course

I use copilot without using excel and ask for it to create the document or excel sheet and it does it for me.

I have a large excel sheet with multiple tabs. I had co-pilot build me a filter for custom reports I have to send each week to multiple different people. I love it!
