When this behavior is tolerated - it will continue. Any employee of mine has my permission to deny service to anyone who is rude, insulting, or disrespectful in any manner that's beyond their tolerance. Should she return. Chances are greater she wont behave like that again. Self control is one of the Fruits of the Spirit. It goes both ways.
