It's such a horrible deal, a new Venezuelan oil company owned by Alejandro Betancourt that the pentagon will pour money in via the office of strategic capital 😭 In other words taxpayer money to fun this because no oil company thinks it's worth investing in and I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out one of the trumps is a large stakeholder in this new company.
