Not only did they fire him, the company paid all the bet bills. They sent somebody out for a formal apology. and supposedly it gave thirty thousand dollars to the family , and gave up everything they could to the police working with the family to get him convicted. i think this company went above and beyond. there only fault is making a mistake in hiring this guy.

Had a taco bell dog nip the back of my calve and I booted it across the living room. Never got in trouble. The company I worked for at the time cancelled their contract with the homeowner as well.

And the company that he worked for tried to make it right with the owner of the dog and he lost his job and went to jail the company can’t help what their employees do all they can do is punish them

my father had his own plumbing business and he told me once that all you have to do is be accused of stealing and you might as well hang it up because you are done. you have to be trustworthy to enter people's homes

Brother, I've been a tech for 25 years, and never thought about harming a dog (even ones that were aggressive). The fact that he was so casual about it is what is so disturbing. Kudos to the company for trying to make this as right as possible, what a horrible situation. And to my fellow techs, be safe out there, don't be stupid either with your safety or with your job. Aside from the horrible actions in the video, always assume you're being filmed.

Tokay heat and air will sell over fixing they push the techs to sell installs over just a simple fix. I’m definitely happier at my new company that we can keep units running and save our customers money

Just ask the homeowner to put their dog up and you don’t want the dog to get hurt on sharp tools or objects.
