@realtalkshorts.us: The American Dream of homeownership is outdated. Renting offers more flexibility and the stock market beats real estate for investment returns. #joerogan #joeroganexperience #podcast #realestate #investing #calebhammer
Great advice, maybe I can move my entire family into the stock market and just live there.

Renting is nice until your landlord raises your rent $300-$400 a month.

I have a house that is almost paid off with good interest rate but it is almost paid off. Still have to maintain it. I also have an investment retirement account. Also the house has a mother in law apartment we can rent out. I wouldn’t buy a house in this economy. Invest that money and wait until it improves.

Um.. You’re not stuck in your house! If you want to move you move and you can rent it!! You can air BnB and make money off it. You always have a home and somewhere to live and no one can tell you what to do!! I own 2 houses if I sold them, I would make heaps of profit off them!

One thing everyone needs to understand is buying a home. You will never own it, even if you pass it down, they will not own it. That house will always be part of the government or goes back to the bank
