How I felt listening to my mom call me hundreds of miles away that she was watching her dad died and was begging me to come out there as fast as I could. I had zero dollars to my name. I got there a week later with minutes to spare. he passed as I walked through the door.

My grandma, I had gotten home from school one day and my mom had asked me where she was and we had opened her room and she was slumped half off her bed, I was in such horrible shock for 5 seconds and then I looked at my mom’s face in such agony and sprung into action trying everything I could. I knew it was useless but what could I do. Tell your parents and grandparents you love them, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.
