I turn 64 in a week and plan on working till I’m 68. Have more than 20 empl. Live in Ca.. should I appl for part A 3 mos prior to 65 so I’ll have my ID# when I apply for part B and suppl when I turn 68

My husband just turned 65. Part A&B and D is what he has. B is reimbursed through pension. He pays for our health insurance for wife & kids, can he use this for part C ? Since he pays family plan anyway?
