Everyone is saying Sonny was a bad Don but that isn’t necessarily true. Sonny was a fantastic War time Don. People forget that they were winning that war. It’s why they had to trick him in the first place to even it out. But he was way too emotional and it’s what got him.

Sonny woulda been bad Don, he wore his heart on his sleeve and thats why he ended up getting played so easily. His father tried to warn him about letting ppl outside the family know what he was thinking. Santino was too honest with his intentions to be a Don.
