So Costco sell massive bags of different products, mulch, topsoil, pea stone. They're selling for another company. The reviews are unreal. You'll get batteries, springs, chunks of concrete, plastic bags.. Basically everything and anything mixed in this stuff. My guess is these company are selling off their crap from land development. And what they can't sell they're dumping it everywhere.
