the tin wasn't expensive because it's in the tin. it's because it's imported from Spain and they are a known brand. so yeah, you not only paying for the tin but brand and import cost

The 60 usd ones costs 10 usd where i am from, yet they are the best ( also look at the list of ingredients: you will be surprised )

those ones in the metal 10. I used to be able to get for like $3 and then get refills for like a dollar. just take it back to the store and they would refill it
