the 4 day work week is supposed to be 10 hour days for 4 days and then 3 off so you work the same hours in the end just your day is 2 hours longer

In any controversy there is usually some truth on both sides: for some a 40 hr work week involves 40 real hours of work; for me it involves about 8 hrs of real work. 😎 unionized government worker here.
