Step 2: Wrap the transfer paper around the tumbler and secure it with heat tape. Trim around the handle. Cut the curved section into small strips so the paper can follow the curve. Tape each section down and push out air bubbles. Add tape around the handle to protect the coating from clips. Step 3: Add the shrink wrap sleeve and secure it with clips. Step 4: Sublimate at 355°F for 8 minutes. How do I prevent these vertical transfer lines on a 40 oz sublimation tumbler? I use a two-piece template, shrink sleeve, and oven. There’s no movement or ghosting. The lines appear exactly where I cut slits to fit the curve. What should I do instead?
