My back was aching all over and I could literally feel that my muscles were unpleasantly tight, especially around my shoulder blades, hips and neck area. I really needed a massage since my last massage (with another outlet) was in June so it has been a few months since then. I searched a lot of spa outlets in Miri last night and considered a few factors such as pricing, duration and location convenience. What made me finalise on Hawa Spa was that their customer service on WhatsApp was very attentive. I asked a lot of questions since I am naturally curious about a lot of things, yet they have the patience to answer each one. It felt as if they didn't just wanted my money but rather they care about my overall experience and well-being. My duration for the aromatherapy massage was 90 mins and for wet cupping (bekam darah) was around 25 mins. The massage therapist really knew where my knots were. Her hands were firm and even when it hurt when she tried to loosen those knots, eventually after the massage, I felt pleasant and really sleepy.
