Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 2. Mix in the condensed milk, chopped Kinder Bueno, and Biscoff cookie butter. Place in the fridge while you make the cones. 3. Melt the white chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. 4. Melt the milk or dark chocolate separately with the remaining coconut oil. 5. Pour both melted chocolates together and mix. 6. Shape parchment paper into a cone and place it inside a Stanley cup or tall cup for support. 7. Pour the chocolate into the parchment cone and rotate it around to coat the inside. Pour out the extra chocolate. 8. Chill until firm, then repeat with a second layer. 9. Once the cone is completely set, carefully remove the parchment. 10. Pipe the Kinder Bueno ice cream filling into the chocolate cone. 11. Freeze overnight. 12. Top with a Kinder Bueno bar before serving.
