My last bartending gig before getting my captain’s license was opening Margaritaville at CityWalk Orlando. Jimmy was there every day, making sure everything was just right—just like a regular GM. I was lucky enough to talk fishing with him for about three minutes. Three minutes I’ll never forget. An amazing man, incredible music, and a spirit that lives on every time we hit the water.
