Cathy :
25k a year in tuition and they cut OSAP. Saying the students are abusing it, how are they when they never get the full amount and have to pay this tuition?! And parents that “make too much”? It’s not too much when gas is up, groceries are up, everything is up so what is too much? And who the heck has an extra 100k sitting in the bank to put their kids through 4 years of school?

Giving more students debt for when they graduate will push them away from Ontario. Especially STEM, why would you stay in Ontario when you can make more money somewhere else and get out of debt earlier?

Well taxpayers should not be funding people who to go to school for art, music, philosophy and other useless courses. They should make education free for jobs that would benefit society directly like doctors, nurses, teachers, psw, psychologists, electricians, plumbers, engineers, technicians and list goes on. Taxpayers should not be funding scammers who just scam osap funding to enjoy cozy life.

Politicians should make a law, that only allows them to only give but never be able to take from medical and education. We need both to grow as nation

I didn’t qualify for OSAP and worked at UPS midnight shift for 6 years and parents lived in the highest crime neighborhood in Canada with low pay. Ridiculous.
