genx had company loyalty to workers. companies hired from within, trained and developed staff. could litterally work your way up from call center to it manager. gen z has company loyalty to stock price. they only hire external so if you want to move up, you have to leave, get a title somewhere else, then move up in company size with the title before you can come back to do the job 1 level above you. zero training, zero investment. does not encourge loyalty.
