The people who are saying Provel is not a cheese it actually is a cheese. It’s a blend of three cheeses. A white cheddar smoked provolone and Swiss.

I don’t like everything at Milo’s, but their pizza is great! Also pizza de Gloria across the street from Milo’s has gotten rave reviews

Me age 58. I have concluded that we don’t have to choose a #1 pizza joint. I think our taste buds and the pizzeria owners would appreciate if we each had a list of our 5 to 10 favorite pizzerias in our rotation. Therefore our taste buds would like the variety and the pizzerias would appreciate the support.
