Here is a great snack for that sweet tooth. combine 1 cup greek yogurt plain or vanilla. add 1 tablespoon sugar free jello instant pudding mix chocolate is awesome or any flavor you like. you can add 1 or two tablespoons of almond milk or water if you dsire a thinner consistancy stir well. Its really good if you put it in the fridge for an hour. Its great as a sweet option. Gives you protein and no sugar!!!!!
