@yume.bakery: It tasted amazing… the looks just didn’t match the vision. 😭 Pumpkin Marble Cake 🎃 Vanilla Batter * 150 g all-purpose flour * 100 g sugar * 1 egg * 100 g oil * 80 ml milk * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tsp baking powder * Pinch of salt Chocolate Batter * 130 g all-purpose flour * 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder * 100 g sugar * 2 eggs * 100 g oil * 100 ml milk * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tsp baking powder * Pinch of salt Instructions 1. Prepare both the vanilla and chocolate batters as instructed. 2. Pour the vanilla batter into a lined loaf pan and bake until just set. 3. Let it cool completely, then cut out small pumpkin shapes using a pumpkin cookie cutter. 4. Arrange the pumpkin-shaped pieces tightly in a row inside the loaf pan. 5. Carefully pour the chocolate batter around and over the pumpkin pieces until completely covered. 6. Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. 7.
