@yamori_suicide: @koroL’anime когда мы в доту с тобой пойдём? Мб хватит меня игнорить.... 😭 #дота #гречкакульт #дота2 #phantomlancer #пл To make classic pancakes and small pancakes with milk, you will need simple ingredients that are available in every home. This recipe has stood the test of time. The pancakes are elastic, do not tear, and are perfect for any filling. 🛒 What you need to buy or take out of the refrigerator: Milk - 500 ml (preferably warm or water temperature) Chicken eggs - 3 pieces Wheat flour - 200 grams (about 1 heaping cup) Sugar - 2 tablespoons (can be reduced if you like unsweetened) Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons (in the dough) Salt - half a teaspoon Butter - a little to grease the finished pancakes 👩‍🍳 How to cook (step-by-step recipe) With the base of the base. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar and salt. Beat everything well with a whisk or mixer until light foam appears. Pour in some of the milk. Add about 150-200 ml of milk to the eggs. Switch gears. If you pour in all the milk at once, lumps will form that are difficult to stir. Add flour to the batter. Sift the flour through a sieve directly into the bowl. Carefully switch the whisk. The batter will become thick, like sour cream, and completely smooth. Thin the batter. Pour in the remaining milk, stirring constantly. Finally, add the vegetable oil. This prevents the pancakes from sticking to the pan. Let it rest. Leave the finished batter on the counter for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the flour will release gluten, and the pancakes will become elastic and will not tear when flipped. Fry the pancakes. Heat the pan well. Before the first pancake, you can lightly grease it with a drop of oil. Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the pan and quickly swirl it to spread it underneath the layer. Cook the pancake over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes. Once the edge is golden brown, lift it with a spatula and flip it over. Cook for another 30 seconds.
