I can’t even find egg plant tofu from Panda Express. I had one store that sold it for a while and they randomly got rid of it and i’m still so pissed

i don’t think a lot of chains realize that even if vegan options aren’t selling as well as other things on the menu, those are customers you wouldn’t have otherwise. if you discontinue a non vegan item people will order something else, when you discontinue a vegan item the vegans buying it can’t get anything else

Me and my fiancee were trying to single-handedly keep the beyond orange chicken around and went multiple times a week 😭 ordering a plate of double beyond and chow mein and a side of spring rolls
