Buy a dehumidifier. You can get one on Amazon for about $150 or less depending on how often you want to empty the water out. That should help prevent more mold once you fix it

This is wikidness if you take a loan from nht to build your house, they want you to give them invoice of the material u plan to use Nad unless it is of certain quality they not releasing the money. pluse they sending quality assurance person to check the job site. Yet still, when they making house to sell for MILLIONS, down to my fowl coop and pig pen in country build with better material and last longer. WHAT NONSENCE IS THIS.

I won't even blame NHT. the contractors need to be held accountable, there need to be a oversight on the houses they dump on nht as so called low income housing. this is rubbish bredda. you spend your hard earn money and contractor gone with it and leave you with problems

Hi I’m not sure what the brown things on the board are but I can tell you the wall that is stripping is mold and the walls need to be treated before repainting. I experienced the same thing after being in a rented house after 3+ plus years and I didn’t know what was happening until I was told I got pneumonia from being in the house. I would constantly feeling sick and tired and my body would always feel warm. It is not safe to remain in that environment without proper treatment and you can even die from lead exposure. I hope this helps.
