She can’t just stand still while a bomb goes off, she has to still give an effort to receive said luck and her luck/probability manipulation isn’t strong enough to blatantly help her win against strong people. A fight between her and black widow would be domino far-mid range but if widow gets close she clears domino easily

Clears is a bit of a stretch, luck would need to save her from widow. And as we saw with Domino vs Cable, a win for Domino doesnt mean she defeated her opponent, it could also mean she was lucky enough to escape them. Due to Widow's skill, it's likely that Domino's abilities would merely allow her to escape, not defeat.
