This might be a hot take but I don’t believe any 911 calls should be impounded. Our tax money pays for police and other public services, and we should have a right to access all of it.

My theory: Patrick was at the crime scene. It was his best friend who went to CVS. He gave his friend his phone, and he used Lindsay’s. The email Patrick sent at 5:24pm from his surface pro was the signal to his friend to go into CVS. Friend was watching Sent inbox from Patrick’s phone. The call from his friend (from Patrick’s phone) to Patrick (on Lindsay’s phone) was also a signal. Patrick then called back letting his friend know he was finishing up and he could leave CVS. They then met up at the restaurant, Patrick got his phone back, got the food and went home. It matches up incredibly well with the time frames, explains slight discrepancies in how long it would get to place to place. Explains the Apple map searches prior looking for exact travel times. More likely that someone creating an alibi needs exact times, if Lindsay wanted to do it she would and could have picked a truly larger window when Patrick was gone on a trip. Also it is very strange that all evidence that could prove this theory wrong is missing from the investigation. Cyber forensics would be able to tell if the email was sent from Patrick’s phone vs laptop but that was never investigated even though a bit for bit image was made of his laptop, the investigation allowed for and collected only key word searches. Cameras could tell whose vehicle arrived at what location but that footage was never found or investigated. Purchases from CVS could have been traced back to card holders but that was never done either. I know it sounds like a conspiracy theory but I also have many hours of deception training and I have lived an interesting life. Something is not right here.
