if you were swimming on a normal ocean day and you put on some magic glasses that let you see through the entire water from 100 yards away from you. You would probably see about at least 20 but notice how you never get bit and how rare it is.

It’s the blacktip sharks spawning. They are completely focused on mating and not on anything else if they saw you, they would freak out and swim away. Nothing to be freaked out by.
