we own our own home outright and next we buy land. We will also buy additional houses (affordable) from auction and flip them for our children they can then live in them or sell and put towards mortgage with higher value

@KSS KSS: The problem is not the homes not being big enough. The children will have they own homes but do not move out. I see it all the time. Self made problem.
