We go grocery shopping once a week. I plan out our meals for the whole week. Used to go every day and I hated having to think about diner everyday and going to the store everyday. Going once a week also saves a lot of money. I do have to confess to going to the store more since getting pregnant cause I need my snacks and I'm not strong enough to resist 😂

I tend to go to the store relatively often. Since there's just the 2 of us at home I tend to get just what we'll use for a few days. It keeps everything fresh and not wasted.
