@crystal.dawn.culi: Making raw food for others is my love language. 🤍 There is something so special about creating a menu, spending the day in the kitchen, plating every little detail and then sitting down to watch people experience it. Today I hosted a beautiful raw food lunch, and this was our menu: 🌿 Herb chèvre canapés with pineapple chutney 🍄 Garlic Alfredo with smoked mushrooms 🥥 Key lime pies with coconut cream 🍓 Rhubarb, strawberry & apple spritzers This is the side of raw food I fell in love with years ago. Taking simple, whole plant-based ingredients and transforming them into something beautiful, creative and completely unexpected. Food can be nourishment, but it can also be an experience. A way to gather. A way to create. And for me, a way to show people I care. If I cook for you, you know I love you. 🩷 P.S.
