@arienmalik: Here’s what I mean… we’ve turned insecurity into something you’re supposed to hide, suppress, or be ashamed of. But I haven’t met a person that rich or poor, attractive or ugly, that doesn’t have SOMETHING they’re insecure about. Having insecurities doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human. The goal isn’t to pretend they don’t exist. It’s to understand them well enough that they stop controlling how you show up.
