I remember watching it at the MWR in Norfolk…I would laugh when they spoke Navajo and people would look at me like…you understand them? Yes as a matter of fact I do, I grew up with it, it’s my mother’s tongue…I Am Diné…to you people…Navajo…but your last name…belongs to my Hispanic daddy 🤗🤣

The last sentence is not true. Our language was not almost lost. Our tribe has the largest percentage if natives, still speaking it to this day.
